Yes. Payments are processed through Razorpay, a widely used payment gateway. We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.

After your payment is confirmed, you receive a receipt link by email. Keep it for your records. It shows the amount and programmes you supported.

Not at this time. Tax exemption status is stated in our site footer and on donation receipts. We will update those when our registration changes.

If shown, a small percentage is added for payment maintenance and running operations on the ground. The amount is visible before you pay.

Each offering describes what it provides — for example, how many children a celebration covers or what a school kit includes. We are expanding field updates and photos from real activities as programmes run. You can always contact us on WhatsApp for questions about a specific donation.

Yes — optionally. At checkout you can upload a photo and write a short message (for example, a birthday greeting for someone you love). Our team uses it for a printed card or a respectful display during the gathering. A photo is not required for the celebration to happen. After the event we make a short reel and share it with you. If you want your celebration mentioned on our Instagram with your handle tagged, add your Instagram username in your checkout message or send it on WhatsApp — only if you ask. We do not publish donor or children's photos without consent.

If you did not see a thank-you page or receipt email, your payment may not have completed. Contact us with your name and approximate time of attempt — we will help check with our payment records.
