Frequently asked questions
How do I donate?
Browse Give (campaigns), open a programme you care about, add one or more offerings to your cart, then complete checkout with your name, email, and phone. You can support multiple campaigns in one payment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Razorpay, a widely used payment gateway in India. We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.
Will I get a receipt?
After your payment is confirmed, you receive a receipt link by email. Keep it for your records. It shows the amount and campaigns you supported.
Can I claim 80G tax benefit?
Not at this time. Neelabh Welfare Foundation does not yet have 80G registration. Your receipt is not a tax exemption certificate. We will publish updates on this page when our status changes.
What is the platform fee on checkout?
If shown, a small platform fee helps cover payment processing and operating the donation website. The fee breakdown is visible before you pay.
Can I volunteer or partner with you?
We welcome volunteers and local partners. Visit the Contact page to message us on WhatsApp or email with how you would like to help.
How do I know my gift reached the programme?
Each campaign describes what your offering provides. We are expanding field updates and photos from real activities as programmes run. You can always contact us for questions about a specific gift.
I closed the payment window — was I charged?
If you did not see a thank-you page or receipt email, your payment may not have completed. Contact us with your name and approximate time of attempt — we will help check with our payment records.
